Morgan Reese is the Director of the Zephaniah Early Childhood Christian School (Zephaniah ECCS). She is also the ordained Youth Minister for the Zephaniah Movement Church of God, International (ZMCOGI). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Theology from the Zephaniah College of Christian Theology and Biblical Studies. She has completed coursework in Early Childhood Education from Capital University. Morgan started her career as an assistant teacher in 2010 where she found her calling in early childhood education. Since then, Morgan developed an understanding of the importance of strong leadership in early childhood education and became passionate about leading and empowering teachers to make an impact on the children they serve. This inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood administration. Serving as the School Director for Zephaniah ECCS is not just a position to Morgan: it is her Godly calling and mandate. Morgan has established a culture of high-quality early childhood education within a program that also fosters children in their faith, teaching them about Jesus through Christ-centered education.

Crystal Pierce serves as the Assistant Director at Zephaniah ECCS. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Theology from the Zephaniah College of Christian Theology and Biblical Studies. With previous experience working in the juvenile justice system, Crystal has spent twelve years supporting children, families and vulnerable individuals through work in the criminal justice field including at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in Adult Protective Services. Her passion for serving families, combined with her lifelong love for children, led her to early childhood education. She is also active in the Youth Ministry at the Zephaniah Movement Church of God, International (ZMCOGI) where she continues to support children and families through service.

Alexis “Mimi” Jenkins serves as the Administrative Educator at  Zephaniah ECCS. Prior to joining the Zephaniah ECCS team, Mimi, a certified dance instructor, taught little movers, teens and adults alike in the art of ballet, lyrical, jazz, liturgical, and more. In 2022, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Theology at The Zephaniah College of Christian Theology and Biblical Studies, where she is also a certified teacher and professor of the Christian Theology and Biblical Studies program. With a previous background in teaching, as well as a career in healthcare as a pharmacy technician, Mimi has a heart to help others. Her love for children dates back to her own childhood and her love for caring for the infants of her friends and family. She is excited to spend her days loving and caring for the smallest family members in the Zephaniah ECCS family as they grow and become the wonderful individuals that God has called them to be.

​As a Lead Educator & Training Specialist at Zephaniah ECCS, Misha brings a unique blend of leadership, precision, educational warmth, and culinary expertise to our school. A 2022 culinary school graduate and former retail general manager, she combines sharp organizational skills with a lifelong passion for food and community. Driven by a deep love for children and a dedication to helping others grow, Misha focuses on creating an inspiring, supportive, and structured environment where students can confidently discover the joy of learning.

​Originally from Ohio, Wayne retired from a lifelong career in cosmetology and stepped into his new culinary career in early childhood education in late 2023 when he joined the kitchen team for an early childhood education school. As a church member of the ZMCOGI, he immediately accepted the position of Kitchen Manager when Zephaniah ECCS opened. Wayne loves to cook and enjoys seeing the students try new foods. He is excited at the opportunity to serve God's Kingdom in this new position. When he is not cooking up delicious dishes for the littles of Zephaniah ECCS, Wayne enjoys practicing martial arts, gardening, and spending time with his family.

​As a Lead Educator at ZECCS and a ZMCOGI elder, Chris is committed to serving his classroom and his faith community with excellence, compassion, and integrity. He  holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Theology from the Zephaniah College of Christian Theology and Biblical Studies which provides the foundation for his passion for teaching, discipleship, and servant leadership. In the classroom, Chris strives to create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. He believes every child is uniquely created by God and deserves to be encouraged, challenged, and loved as they discover their gifts and purpose. Whether he is teaching young learners, encouraging families, or ministering within the church, Chris’ mission is to inspire others to grow in faith, develop strong character, and build meaningful relationships rooted in God's love.

​A recent graduate of Midwest City High School, LaTrell serves as an Assistant Teacher at Zephaniah ECCS. He is a Photography major at Rose State College and enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Christian Theology program from the Zephaniah College of Christian Theology and Biblical Studies. LaTrell is creative and has a strong eye for details. Outside of work and college coursework, he enjoys playing games, watching animated shows, and participating in sports. LaTrell is committed to continuous learning, maintaining a safe school environment, and encouraging everyone to express themselves.
